In addition to delivering the Women and Children’s Hospital programme, RCHT’s Capital Projects team looks after all construction and major refurbishment projects that support the Trust’s reconfiguration and/or the physical transformation of healthcare in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. This includes the replacement of high value equipment, as well as infrastructure works that need to be carried out as part of site redevelopment.
